The Road to the WBFF is paved with walking lunges!

Okay so I'm five weeks out from the Calgary WBFF show. The last two weekends have been totally inpsirational and lit fires under my butt! The BCABBA show is Kelowna was good. I volunteered back stage for the first time,, I just felt like I wanted to give back to an organization I have been a member of for a long time. The shows would never happen with out all of the volunteers that make it all come together!!

Then this last weekend I worked back stage at the WBFF show in Richmond at the River Rock. Seriously I've said it before and I will say it again... the WBFF definalty out does every one in terms of glitz and glamour! The athletes are treated like super stars! I love that about this organization!
They do the best job at promoting and gettin the exposure out there! The prize packages are awesome and the sponsorship deals that come out of it are tremendous! Paul and Allison do a great job! Allison is hilarious with catching peeps as they go by making sure there make up is just right etc etc....LOve that!
I had the pleasure of working back stage with a tightly run ship by Annette Milbers...everyone was taken care of!!
as you all know I've always been one to voice my opinion! Love me or hate me you always know I speak my truth:)
So my road this time around to the WBFF is paved with many walking lunges!
Gonna bring a better package this year! The ripped freak and I have a plan of attack! So looking forward to the "BODYByBrandt" team hittin the stage in Calgary! Love this group of peeps!!
Look out cowtown...things are about to get hot!!
