Thoughts on turning 46... age is a state of mind!

What do i know? First off holy crap batman...46? When i was in high school seriously I thought 46 was ancient?

I've been on the planet for 46 years..what have i learned?
"The Bodybuilding lifestyle" has saved me on many occasions!I have done many a battle on the gym floor!

#1. Just because someones gets off the planet doesn't mean the world stops. Life goes on regardless, there is no time to catch your breath you just gotta push through....The pain of losing someone never leaves, it just gets more managable.Teaches you to cherish moments......yu never know?
A split second can change yur life FOREVER! As much as i wanna buck this system sometimes....... it is what it is! Tell people that you love them even when yur mad at them...lol!!!!

#2. Everyone has a story....humans are a fickle species.Sum people never learn. I am challenged by people who are victims and think life owes them something? Liars and cheaters are a big no no in my books to...and if you are a coward.... well you and I are going to have words!
The truth will set you free...first it will usually piss you off, emabarass you, hurt someones feelings, challenge your thinkin, make you see what your real intentions are..etc etc....just DO IT!!!! Living with intention and authenticly is hard work in a world full of bullshitters!...or unaware of themselves people......I live with intention and I do it D.U.R.T.I
seriously id rather be "not liked or hated" for who i really am than loved for someone I'm not. I like myself.In fact I love myself....

#3. Its definatly WHO YOU KNOW.Surround yourself with people who are like minded. Positive people who have your back. Get rid of and house clean people that are energy suckers, coat tail riders. It could be family...it could be long time people in your life. There has to be a reciprical relationship...I am grateful for the amayzin people in my life....an like i said im grateful for the trash that i took out! Im especially thank ful for the honest people in my life....say it to my face!

#4. Embrace your lessons...cause guess what until you learn them they will be presented to you in a million different ways until you GET IT....GET IT?
Growth is inevitable..pain is optional!

#5. If your talking about it...do something about it! you are eithier part of the problem or your part of the solution...the end!

#6. I'm not a sheep....conformist without commitment maybe? I have always marched to my own drum....did this drive my parents nuts?...OH YA! Are they proud of me now? OH YA!! Things we learn by watchin our parents...thanks Dad!

#7.I am grateful for every shitty thing and person that has ever happened to me! I've learned so many valuable lessons from each...I have some pretty serious scars and they all have good stories! So I say thank you.
WE ARE ALL THE SUM OF OUR EXPERIENCES.

#8. Friends are few and far between...and like every other word its all how people look at what that means to them. I'm pretty attatched to the word loyal.....come hell or high water! Nuff said.

#9. The most successful people are adaptable....I am adaptable.

#10. I'm not into Drama unless its in the movies.

#11. I will always have commpassion and feel pity for people less fortunate than me. I will never let them confuse kindness for weakness ever again.....does this make me a bitch? I'm okay with it if it does!!

#12.Sometimes I have a hard time owning that I inspire people? It conjures up my own insecurities in myself. I guess thats why people tell me I'm down to earth. Feet are firmly planted....most of the time! Be in the moment......

#13. I have HIGH expectations of myself and others! People tell me this is a problem..is it? I dont think so! I think its their problem! LOL!!

#14.The only mind I can read is my own.

#16. I am a spirtual person. I think skulls and things are full of the wisdom of the world. Some peeps say that is morbid.....I say worshipping a dead guy on a cross is morbid!! Dont get me wrong...I believe Jesus walked the earth..I think he was a D.U.R.T.I guy too! I once talked to a minister about the whole vows thing in a marriage ceremony...I had trouble with the whole honour and OBEY thing? I said when he starts acting like jesus then Ill obey....LOL.

#17. Sometimes you gotta just see the other persons life movie...try looking through their filter and lenses.

#19. Failing because I was to scared to take the risk did more damage to my mind then trying and failing ever could do! Everytime I step out on that stage,,,it reminds me of this. Feel the fear and do it anyways...be fealess not careless!
